What is auto top-up?
With auto top-up enabled your credit will automatically be topped-up when it runs below €2. You will get a push notification when it is done.
How do I enable auto top-up?
When you buy new credit you can enable auto top-up in the purchase screen and select the amount you want to top-up.
How do I disable auto top-up?
To disable auto top-up:
- Open the DennisMobile App
- Go to Profile at the bottom of the screen
- Tab on Account settings
- Disable auto top-up
Once you've disabled auto top-up you can only re-enable it by purchasing new credit.
