You’ll receive your first eSIM for free, directly after your first top-up. Make sure the eSIM appears in your device settings, is switched on, data roaming is enabled, and mobile data is set to use our eSIM. It may take a few minutes to connect for the first time. If you still have issues, try switching airplane mode on and then off again to reset the connection.
