The APN should be set to globalnet (all lowercase, no periods) if you are using our first version eSIM. (Installed before july 12th 2025)
For our latest version eSIM, the APN should be bicsapn.
You can check which version eSIM you have in your settings: if it shows a phone number starting with +88, it is a first version eSIM. We recommend getting a new version eSIM for the best experience; you can do this by adding an eSIM from the menu in your profile settings.
