Yes, you can use the plus sign at the top right of the My eSIMs screen to buy an additional eSIM. This eSIM will use the credit from your account and will share your credit with the eSIMs you already have. There is no limit to the number of additional eSIMs you can buy. You can find 'My eSIMs' under the profile button.
